there are illness that may be cured through home treatment, Yes, these can help if the one who have an illness, has the knowledge of doing the treatment. Like a home treatment regarding menopause; I know, that keeping cool is the rule for hot flushes.
Kindly share if you have some knowledge of home treatment, so we can help to those who needed it most. Thanx

home treatment for menopause just simply keep the home or office cool, dress lightly, drink plenty of water. Go easy on alcohol and caffeine, and maintain a regular exercise program. You don't have a fever and there is no need for medicines such as aspirin or acetaminophen.

Here is a regular exercise and adequate calcium in the diet are important in preventing osteoporosis. A regular aerobic exercise program is the foundation of a good program, but all types of activity- walking, climbing stairs rather than riding the elevator, and the like- will help maintain strong bones.

probably you don't think about your back-unless it hurts. Fortunately, a sore back will often settle down or improve on its own within a month to six weeks. But with a little care and attention, you may be able to avoid an aching back in the first place.

Herbs have been used for centuries by women to prevent and relieve hot flashes. Cool herbal teas can be sipped throughout
the day to keep your body well-hydrated. Try fragrant herbs such as chamomile, linden flower, and mint, which make
delicious teas and have a calming and soothing effect on the mind and body. Many herbs, such as black cohosh and the
Chinese herb dong quai, are rich in phytoestrogens, plant estrogens which help to normalize hormone levels. Taking these
herbs regularly helps to balance hormones and prevent hot flashes.

I am not into home treatment, because for me, hospitals and clinic should be the right place for treatments, and patience can be properly monitored.
