Alcohol during pregnancy is not advisable to pregnant women. It doesn't give nutrition. Pregnant women are urged to avoid highly refined products that are high in calories but low in nutrition. Alcohol certainly falls into this category.

If you are pregnant, you must observe what you are going to eat or what to drink. Alcohol even in small amounts, causes irreparable damage to brain; some die and others are altered.

If you are so alcoholic, then a good advice is "Do not gaze at wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the cup, when it goes down smoothly. In the end it bites like a snake and poisons like viper. Your eyes will see strange sights and your mind imagine confusing things".

the dangerous fact of the alcohol in our body most especially to the pregnant woman, Because our liver must filter alcohol from the blood, alcohol affects it more than any other organ of our body:
*excess calories in alcohol are stored as fat in the liver
*functioning liver cells die from alcoholic poisoning
*scar tissue replaces dead cells, causing cirrhosis

Pregnant women who drink as little as once a day are more likely to give birth to a low birth weight baby (under 5 pounds, 8 ounces) and their babies' are at increased risk of having problems with learning, speech and language, attention span, and hyperactivity later in life. Women who drink alcohol once a week during pregnancy are more likely to have children who have aggressive and delinquent behavior later in life, compared to non-drinkers.
