It's because your always have constipation then you may not forget to eat the right kind of food which are high in fiber. Fruits and dark, green, leafy vegetables as well as oatmeal are excellent sources of fiber.

Take hi-fiber foods. Then have a simple exercises. And drink 8 glass of water everyday. Avoid stressful thoughts. Have a positive outlook in life.

You take laxative during your period to avoid constipation. Constant constipation will result to hemorrhoid problems which may require some medical operations if not prevented earlier.

I am constipated too even if it is not my period and I know how painful that is. So what I usually do, I eat more fibrous foods and drink a lot of water, refrain from drinking colas and coffee. That works for me and hope that works for you too.

Digestive problems that arise such as diarrhea, constipation or abdominal bloating during menstruation is very closely related. This is because when menstruation occurs upheaval case of estrogen and progesterone hormones are lower. This hormonal disorder is what triggers all the symptoms that arise during menstruation.
