Does support belt/band can help relieve the pain on your hips and back?

i'm using support belt before because i am experiencing back pain, it somehow alleviates the soreness i felt.

aside from using support or belly belts for your pain and aches around your hip and lower back, maybe you also need to ring your midwife to get a better diagnose about your condition.

you should ask first for an advise to your physiotherapist or midwife.

aside from belly belts/support band, you may also use pregnancy pillow. it helps to support your pelvic joints that will conforms your body shape to support your lower body.

pelvic and lower back pain could also be results of the type of mattress you are using when you sleep.

Sometimes sleeping patterns may result to back pains. Make sure that you are lying on a correct posture to avoid unnecessary discomfort.
