Is intentional conceiving of twins possible?

Well, under normal circumstances, the chance of conceiving twins are quite slim.

You can take fertility medications or undergo a procedure like IVF. That can increase your chances of conceiving twins.

Having a family history of twins will increase your chances of having twins.

Maybe there are chances but just a little bit.I have read that you have to eat "yams".There are certain cultures that have more twins than others. One of these is a tribe where they eat a lot of yams. There is a theory that it is a certain chemical in the yams that helps the women in this culture have more twins. Why don't you try it?Who knows.

If you are 35-39 years old, you are 3-5 times more likely to release more than one egg when they ovulate, which of course can be responsible for producing twins. The chances of having twins increases with age; 17% of mothers over 45yrs old give birth to twins. If you are younger than 25, it is not likely.

I don't think so, having to have twins is actually hereditary in nature and it's really not planned or intentionally done.

I think it's possible. With the advance technology we have now, all can be made possible. Cloning humans are there already..how much more intentionally having to have twins.
