Hello, I just want to know more on artificial insemination and what are it's advantages?

Artificial insemination, or AI, is a fertilization procedure in which sperm is artificially placed into a woman’s cervix or uterus.During artificial insemination treatment, the woman’s menstrual cycle is closely monitored using ovarian kits, ultrasounds, and blood tests. The semen to be implanted is “washed” in a laboratory, which increases the chances of fertilization while removing unnecessary, potentially harmful chemicals. The semen is inserted into the woman, and if the procedure is successful, she conceives.

hi beauty!!!here are some information that i read from the internet.i hope you will informed by this...Human artificial insemination is a revolutionary fertility procedure with numerous benefits. The Artificial Insemination technique creates an avenue to pregnancy for couples faced with male infertility or female infertility. Artificial Insemination by donor allows sperm to be tested and screened prior to insemination, reducing the likelihood of passing a genetic disorder on to the child.

Artificial insemination (AI) is a process by which sperm are collected from the male, processed, stored and artificially introduced into the female reproductive tract for the purpose of conception. Some of the advantages of AI are:
no sex has to be included
can be did in your own home
not painful

Artificial insemination is a process wherein sperm is directly inserted into the reproductive tract of a female using a special device. This is to impregnate the female via a method other than actual sexual intercourse. This method is beneficial to people who suffers from disability, injury or other sexual problems such as premature ejaculation.Artificial insemination is done by placing a freshly ejaculated sperm, which can be produced by the male partner through masturbation. It can also come from a sperm sample which has been frozen and thawed, such as those donated to sperm banks. In either case, the sperm will them be inserted in the uterus by artificial means. A sperm donor usually provides the sperm if the woman’s partner has a low sperm count. Artificial insemination can be done with a range of techniques. There are different ways to place the sperm into the reproductive tract. These methods include intracervical, intravaginal, intrauterine, intrafallopian and intraperitoneal insemination.

But before committing yourself to having artificial insemination, it is important that you consult a doctor to ensure your health.

Artificial insemination is less invasive than other infertility treatment methods and has fewer side effects. Sometimes fertility drugs are prescribed for the woman, the man, or both, but not always. The procedure is also painless.

Artificial insemination is I think one of the safest infertility treatment around and it's proven with lots of good and effective results.
